The Joy of Body Language

The Joy of body language
Last night my body taught me how very important it is to stay away from things that no longer serve us. I realized early in the day that I was dealing with a sinus infection (too much sugar, not enough sleep, sprinkled with just a smidge of stress). I was feeling pretty miserable and instead of getting centered before I acted, decided to take an olive leaf extract tablet. If it were 2 or 3 years ago this would have been an excellent idea, but for some unfathomable reason, my body no longer resonates with this natural remedy. I followed that with some Young Living essential oils applied at the lymph nodes and was feeling considerably better an hour later. Some time in the early evening, however; I started to feel nauseous. I can only describe the next 6 hours as a living hell. I'll spare you the gruesome details and stick to what I relearned through this experience.
We are meant to evolve as spirits and because of this truth; we are continuously shedding off our old skins to give birth to our new selves. There was a time when my body was served well by olive leaf extract, but no longer. I can accept this and find new ways to heal from infection or I can continue to ingest it and have my body violently purge itself. You see our bodies will tell us what works and what doesn't. They will also assist us in more subtle ways about what serves our spirits. Listen to your body; it's a valuable source for receiving information about every aspect of your life, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. A great printed resource on this topic is Ask and it is Given by Abraham. It explains how to listen to your body as a guidance system for your feelings and teaches you how your vibration is a match for your emotional/mental state. There are exercises in the book for raising your vibration. The higher your vibration is, the greater your power to manifest what you truly want in life. In other words, joy produces joy.

If you're interested in using essential oils for wellness and would like to know more, send me an email or call and I'll be happy to help you get started. There are several oils and oil blends that I’ve used with great success. For this current infection, I’m using Lemon, Thieves and Immu power.
I am here in service to you as teacher and energy healer.
Blessings & Light,
